I get roughly around 200g protein a day 100 from Optimum nutritious serious mass. I get about 5,000 calories a day and I get plenty of carbs from my breakfast. Most lunches are grilled chicken breast or tilapia. I eat roughly seven well proportion meals a day. I'm on my iPhone since my computer is down. And it's complicated trying to post things. Sorry for the inconvenience. I drink lots of water and I cycle creatine every 4 weeks with 2 weeks off.
