Thread: Help With 2nd Cycle!!!

    I get roughly around 200g protein a day 100 from Optimum nutritious serious mass. I get about 5,000 calories a day and I get plenty of carbs from my breakfast. Most lunches are grilled chicken breast or tilapia. I eat roughly seven well proportion meals a day. I'm on my iPhone since my computer is down. And it's complicated trying to post things. Sorry for the inconvenience. I drink lots of water and I cycle creatine every 4 weeks with 2 weeks off.

    theres your first problem.... dont include your shake calories, especially protein ones in your daily calculations. Shakes are a lot of filler and dont do too much. They are great for right after a workout or if there is no way to eat real food, but are not a meal replacement. You should be closer to 300g protein if you are trying to add muscle

    5000 cals and only 200g of protein ? what is the rest of your diet consist of ? and youre taking half of your protein cosumption from shake ? i would cut the shake and replace them with quality foods (rice, beef, chicken, sweet potato).
    check out the nutritional forum bro, theres some vets on there thatll help you out.

    im 5'7" and 190lbs at about 14-15% bf. i struggle to eat 3000-3500 cals a day. if anything recalculate you macros and maybe post your diet in the nutrition forum. KCCO

    Okay so the shakes will knock off about 2000 cals. I'm really a scrub to all this dieting stuff. I've been watching Milo's Sarcev seminar on nutrition and I'm going to keep watching them. My biggest problem so far off then would be that I'm a college student. Money is kinda tight. So is there still a good diet plan that I could work with my budget and still get good quality meals?
