THe shoulder thread just got me wondering on what everyone's personal split looks like. And your reasoning behind it.

Mine is
Sunday- delts followed by a short upper chest
Monday- off
Tuesday- back thickness, triceps, calves
Wednesday- hams first, quads
Thursday- chest biceps
Friday- back width, calves
Saturday- arms

This is mine. Most might say its a little too much but I get way more rest then most. Never less then 8 hours of sleep at night and usually get a nap midday for bout 1.5 hours. And of course eat a lot lol.
