thx man.. tbh i do not enjoy cardio either. i do, however, enjoy carrying around body fat less! at this point cardio is more time consuming than effortful (except for the HIIT)
maybe soon man. well i guess soon is not exactly accurate. i go on a cruise at the end of april. i suspect once i have gotten home from that and lost the fat i accumulated on it i will probably run a bulking cycle. thinking june.. maybe blast june into mid august, then cruise aug thru october, then blast nov thru dec, then cut feb thru april.. or something like this is my idea. 2 bulks and a cut in a year all run with aas..
