    same weight exactly a month apart

    Right this is a weird one guys Im on my second cycle the first turned out to be bunk'

    So I got dome different gear from a guy that sells to all the bouncers in my town and he swares this is legit gear not under dosed or owt plus some of the doormen says its the dogs bollocks.

    Right I'm on 4th week of 500mg test per week and 40mg dbol per day and the dbol is deffo up to scratch as been getting headaches and i look a bit bloated from water retention overall I look and feel bigger and stronger
    I've just maxed my all time best on the bench press but,

    I got weighed at the doctors the day I started and I weighed 184.527 lb and I got weighed yesterday 184.527 lb
    Thats impossibe isnt it how the fk can I weigh exactly the same a month apart?

    my diet is near enough same each day all macro's calculated on caloriecount.about.com

    I have been told the last test I had was legit and it must have been me that did not react to it? thats bollocks as from my other post I said I had my bloods done and they came back normal but I have seen the other lad that took the same batch and he got bigger. and is still on the same gear.

    Do you think It is me? I cannot seem to get bigger than 13 1/2 stone = 184lb and never have been heavier than that in my life.

    Do I need more test like 1000mg per week I know we are all different and all have different boddies

    Im staying on this cycle till the Summer increasing my callories say 500 more and If things don't change it's all over for me. It's just pissing me off now

    I would pin it on diet a month into cycle and you gained a pound! I think your TDEE may be a little out maybe your 3700 calories are close to maintenance. What is your daily job?

    Like me I struggle to gain weight even on cycle so I cheat in my macros not recommended but it works for me. I'm in construction so I'm burning far too many calories.

    My advice would be to eat eat and eat try and force another 1000 calories per day and check your weight after a week

    Well, call it impossible but that's my last cycle. I ate damn near the same and gained then just stopped. Then I just wouldn't go up in weight, period.


    It happens, I think of as a plateau still. It's not weight loss, but very similar.

    I even got blood work to check to see if the juice was legit.


    You need to force feed yourself. I think it really is the only way to gain LBM when you see this kind of result from already a solid diet.

    Kick it up to 5k cals a day, I guarantee you will gain weight. But, it is very difficult. Easy to say but not do.

    Ever try bringing the protein down and upping the carbs! Because there low for trying to gain size. That's more protein than i take in and i weight more than you....

    you guys have to keep upping your calories. and CONSISTENTLY eat that every single day. Eating 4000 a day monday, and 2000 on tuesday isnt going to help any weight gain.

    For sure, every single day. I counted every day and it didn't do shit. But, it's just not enough calories and carbs. Force feeding past a certain point is pretty hard to do.

    Well I've started to put a bit of weight on at last I have lowered my Protien increased the carbs and jabbed more test. from 500mg per week to 700mg. The reason I dont eat too many callories is because I sit on my arse all day watching movies or, on the intenet apart from training days which is every other day depends how im feeling. I guess I'm a hard gainer which is a bastrd because im out of work at the min so havent got much money. But this seems to be working now so see how it goes over the next month ..... Weight this week 13.9 stone / 194.6 lb

    You are not a hard gainer you just answered your own question right there eat more and Train better.

    one thing to think about, now that you are 10lbs heavier. are you going to keep eating the same amount as you did this week that you grew?

    This is why most people platue, not to mention growth only happens in spurts despite compounds.

    You have new tissue, feed it. your weight changes then so does your cals.

    No as I grow I will recalculate my intakes and eat more I think thats the plan

    That's a crazy amount of protein, try consuming some more carbs/fats.

    Yer thats what Ive done mate. for my boddy weight and size I need max 300g protien but that also depends on my activity which is very low on resting days so maybie could get away with 250g my carbs have gone up to round about 350g and the fat I try avoid as like I say Im not very active latley. Well all seems to be working now so im not knocking it ..

    Protein isnt too bad, but he culd add in the the sections, he may have to keep it in relation to maintain his current macro split if thats working for him
