Yer thats what Ive done mate. for my boddy weight and size I need max 300g protien but that also depends on my activity which is very low on resting days so maybie could get away with 250g my carbs have gone up to round about 350g and the fat I try avoid as like I say Im not very active latley. Well all seems to be working now so im not knocking it ..
