Outrageous Year on (Beginning TRT and Returning to the Game)

So this time last year I was weighing in at 265 lbs., under 10% body fat at 6'0". Fast forward a year and I am fully recovered from the injuries that took me out of the game. Now that I am back on par, and ready to crush it, I've planned out almost the next year in cycles.

In terms of AAS the cycle is somewhat complicated, as it utilizes a variety of compounds, and some fairly reasonable doses at times (I've got plenty of experience with all of them and the dosages I am using). However, Seeing as this is the first year back at it serious since my injuries, I won't be adding too much complexity (peptides, insulin, or growth hormone).

Here is what I've constructed thus far:

    Weeks 1 - 4
    Test E: 218.75mg/Week
    Test P: 350.00mg/Week

    Weeks 5 - 8
    Test E: 218.75mg/Week
    Test P: 700.00mg/Week

    * This period of time is oriented towards developing stable test levels with my TRT dose of Test E, getting used to injecting every day (I haven't pinned in a bit and my cycles generally include a lot of injections), and getting some anabolics and androgens in the system for that little added boost as I get started.

    Weeks 9 - 12
    Test E: 218.75mg/Week
    Tren A: 700.00mg/Week

    Weeks 13 - 16
    Test E: 218.75mg/Week
    Tren A: 875.00mg/Week
    Mast P: 437.50mg/Week

    Weeks 17 - 20
    Test E: 218.75mg/Week
    Tren A: 962.50mg/Week
    Mast P: 525.00mg/Week

    * This is where the meat and potatoes really come out; tren and mast are my passions. I'll be looking to recomp throughout the summer and really put on some lean, quality weight, all while maintaining that beautiful summer look - tight, vascular, and shredded.

    Weeks 21 - 24
    Test E: 437.50mg/Week
    Tren A: 700.00mg/Week
    Mast P: 350.00mg/Week
    EQ: 875.00mg/Week

    * This month is a transitional period; I've dropped off the map from high doses of tren and moderate doses of mast. It wasn't exactly the most enjoyable experience for me, so I am cutting the doses down. The idea is to start getting more test in the body and developing stable levels of boldenone.

    Weeks 25 - 44
    Test E: 875.00mg/Week
    Deca: 875.00mg/Week
    EQ: 875.00mg/Week

    * And finally, this autumn/winter stretch is to just pack on as much poundage as possible.

I'm looking to get back into competition shape for 2014, it is an unlikely battle - but no harm in trying. If no luck, I'll fallback to a steadier pace and shoot for 2015. I've got a lot riding on "muscle memory" here. Lol.

Well good luck brother! Will you be logging it here? I'd like to see the gains you get from such a monster cycle! What kind of calorie intake will you be sticking to?

I may leave a copy of my log here - I don't see why I shouldn't. Caloric intake is going to heavily differ based on phases. Fluctuations from as low as 2,500 to as high as 6,000; I've got the first few months mapped out, as the overall goal is recomp and health. However, I am undecided on the high end, when I near the bulking phase. In the past, I've gone as high as 10,000 Cals per day. However, I am trying to redevelop my dietary beliefs, with a much stronger emphasis on nutrition and health. I've still got plenty of reading to do, but I'd like to avoid the oxidation associated with high caloric intake.

And thanks for the wishes, this next year is going to be integral to the following years.

Bodybuilding and powerlifting, although I want to specifically get into bodybuilding.

World class, not yet. However, I've had the opportunity to play at a professional level in other sport.

    As for the fractional dosing:

218.75mg of test e is a result of vials being 10mL x 250mg/mL, broken down into 0.25mL injections every other day.

    250mg / 4 = 62.5mg,
    62.5mg * 7 days injected = 437.5mg total in two weeks,
    437.5mg / 14 days total = 31.25mg per day,
    31.25mg * 7 = 218.75 per week.

The same principles apply to the other compounds.

Haha, World class is a dream, but I've been in contest shape, and placed well - I just never continued on to a national level. I competed many years back as a junior, and just somehow got away from it. I am hoping to get back into competition shape within the coming years.

Unfortunately I don't have pictures of myself shredded at that weight. Here is a picture of me at 280 lbs., but the body fat percentage is much higher, as a result - it doesn't do me any justice. Not to mention the angles hide back-to-waist ratio, and arm size. I'd say my body fat is easily at 15% in this photo, and this is about six months before I hit my best condition ever.

    At the time of this photo, my measurements were;
Arms: 19.5" (I didn't directly train arms at this point and had obvious lagging)
    Chest: 53"
    Waist: 32"
    Thighs: 33.25"
    Calves: 18.75"
    Neck: 19"

I'm just too sloppy in terms of body fat in this picture, and had some strange proportions (I am an American football player). The six months following, my arms shot up to 22", as I began to include bicep and tricep training. My chest was also reasonably fuller, but I don't have a measure documented, I'd say roughly 55" or so (if I had to guess). But best of all, I got my body fat down to around 8%, likely half of what it was in this photo.

Following this year, I am looking to come back with a more bodybuilder-like physique; shredded, and possessing proper proportions.
