    Well good luck brother! Will you be logging it here? I'd like to see the gains you get from such a monster cycle! What kind of calorie intake will you be sticking to?

    I may leave a copy of my log here - I don't see why I shouldn't. Caloric intake is going to heavily differ based on phases. Fluctuations from as low as 2,500 to as high as 6,000; I've got the first few months mapped out, as the overall goal is recomp and health. However, I am undecided on the high end, when I near the bulking phase. In the past, I've gone as high as 10,000 Cals per day. However, I am trying to redevelop my dietary beliefs, with a much stronger emphasis on nutrition and health. I've still got plenty of reading to do, but I'd like to avoid the oxidation associated with high caloric intake.

    And thanks for the wishes, this next year is going to be integral to the following years.
