Stay building muscle, more muscle increases your resting metabolic rate which over the course of a long period of time, which you should be invested in, will burn a lot of calories. Still do cardio! But building muscle and eating properly will do far more than endless hours on a treadmill

I hope this trt / cyp gives me the opertuinity to with this go round ... The last time I was serious about lifting (played DT in college )I was power lifting I did it for years hard ... And never got a build like that... But dr thinks I've been lacking in the test dpt .. Even in high school .. I will for sure keep grunting the workout out .. I just wanted to make sure I was fighting myself ..

I agree, make sure u still hit the weights. Lifting weights and Doin cardio has been proven to burn fat exponentially compared to doing one of them alone. One big reason is because as this poster said muscle increases you're metabolism. That said u should have a solid cardio routine. Don't skimp out just because u lift weights. Do atleast 45 mins a day for 5 days a week.

How is your diet coming along? Were you able to develop one that was approx 500 cals less than maintenance? Maintain the cardio and weight training. But if you're not dropping weight, look at your diet. Yes you will build muscle and mucsle weighs more than fat, but in the larger scheme of things, your diet will ultimately determine how much weight you drop.

I actually decided on a 700 deficit ,on my diet it's going good ... At first it was hard to consume the amount of food to get to 3000 cal ... But I started substituting 2 meals with a meal replacement shake ... I def am eating clean ... . It was a tough transition from 1-2 meals a day to 6 ... So yes I think the diet is going great . I know watch and monitor the intake... Yeah I was doing nothing for 10 years ,. I didn't have any muscle structure AT ALL ..in a week or two when my tax return hits my bank account ..got a few things coming like treadmill and battle ropes. I am going to tear them up . I expect with the diet I will shed the weight pretty fast .. It's amazing how good I feel from the cypionate alone. Yes I do not plan on skipping out on cardio at all..

Don't force feed yourself! If you're comfortable and full with 2500 cals, then stick with that man. But don't cram food into you. Eat small meals, but only until your full OR your hit your daily macro.

Remember, you're not bulking here, you're trying to lose weight. So, if reducing your intended macros doesn't bother you, then do it!
