Do any of you use swimming as your primary form of cardio when cutting up?
Not I. Mainly because I'm short and stalky and never really learned strokes.
But if you can swim for 25+ minutes and keep your heart rate high for that long then go for it. There isn't a better option for cardio. As long as you can get your heart rate in the zone for a longer period of time then it will work.
