    Question about Norditropin

    I currently take 3iu/day. Is this an effective dosage or an I just wasting my time?

    we need some info before deciding.

    how old are you
    how long you been and planning on running 3iu for ?
    third question which is most important, is your HGH legit ?
    4th are you planning on using AAS while on it ?
    5th whats the goal of HGH, fatloss or muscle gain or anti aging ?

    @ Jon T, What Granovich is asking on question 2 is: are you planning on running it for 1 month, 2 months, 3 months or more? How long have you been using 3 iu per day?

    On week 12 of 3IU a day of Norditropin myself. Hell no it's not a waste of time. I started a fairly strict lean down diet a couple weeks ago and I'm astonished how fast the fat is melting off. I'm 46 yo and I feel like I'm 28 right now. Real pharm grade HGH is strong stuff and reason I haven't increased dosage yet is because the side effects from just doing 3IUs are still pretty strong. Plus, this stuff is expensive and I can't justify spending even more money on it.

    well i would run 3 iu and up it to 4 IU if you can and since its pharma grade then 3-4 should be good
    i would go up to 4 IU or as much as you can afford
    im planning on going up to 10 IU but im 25.
    make sure to take the HGH either before sleep or on empty stomach in morning. its only 3 IU so you dont need to split it. if you go to 4 iu then 2 iu upon waking up and dont eat for an hr
    and 2 iu before bed ( your stomach should be empty and had no food for an hr ) ...

    as far as cycle. thats weird cycle for summer cutting.. deca is bulking AAS. even thou its all diet Dependant but its definitely a bulking steroid
    if you need guidance for AAS cycle . ask in questions and answers
    and also post your diet in nutrition section so you have optimal diet that match your goals

    Thanks for the info Granovich. I didn't know about taking the hgh on an empty stomach. I've been on 3iu/day since March 1st. I'm slowly starting to see some results. Based on what Hoplite said in this post, I can expect some nice results in the coming weeks. I also take 400/mg week of cypionate and 40mg/day of anavar. I started the cyp also on March 1st and noticed it was bloating me a bit. So I started the Anavar on April 1st. I assume the cyp is not helping with the goal of cutting? I mentioned deca because I thought it was good for gaining lean muscle. Is that not the case? If not, what would you suggest?

    That is a lot of cash to be spending! That is 6 pens a month - at retail... At least 2500. I'm bumping up to 2iu day after 3 months at 1 iu. Gonna run it for 3 months and see what I think.

    Where are you coming up with this number? Based on what you are saying, a 15mg pen is 15iu. I don't think that is right.

    When you say cyp giving you bloating
    Are you using an ai like aromaisn or armidex ?
    Are you using hcg ???
    And for cycle recommendation. I need your weight, height,and bodyfat
    And years of workouts and if u have done any cycles before

    Yes to HCG & Arimidex
    5'10" 195lbs, not sure how accurate it is, but the gym I go too has the bf caliper that you hold out front of you at shoulder height. When I did it on 3/1 it was 19.3%.
    I'm 39yrs old. I have been working out off and on since i'm 20yrs old. Never consistently for more than 6mos. I tried some cycles when I was in my mid 20's for a couple for summers but had no clue what I was doing back then.

    i wouldnt mess with AAS at such high bodyfat
    you can get too many side effects like high blood pressure and water retention which lead to many serious problems
    get your diet right and do cardio 1-2 sessions a day for few weeks ( look into carb cycling)
    droop to 12-15% bf and then you can do a cycle .....

    I get 5mg pens at the pharmacy for 400 each. 1mg is 3iu so 5mg is 15iu. My doctor bumped my prescription from 1 to 2 iu. That is 60 iu a month..... So, a pen a week.

    At 90iu you are starting to get into real money.

    Thanks for the advise. How do you test your bodyfat? That caliper said I was 19.3 which I feel was incorrect. As for the AAS, I am on cypionate due to TRT. So I have to stay on that. But I will hold off on anything else until I can drop my body fat. I'm hoping the GH along with some strict dieting and intense training will do the trick in time for the summer!

    What are the benefits of carb cycling?

    GH will definitely help in fat burning but 90% i would say is diet and cardio . you need to have a good diet
    which pro's in nutrition section could help you with it . you will def be ready by summer time. just focus on ur diet and do cardio

    Deca is used for cutting..... Until recently it was only used for cutting... All if the sudden in the last couple years its turned into a mass only roid I guess bc NPP is around but I dono.... I love deca for cutting and you are right type of steroid means nothing... I cut with dbol and anadrol stacked together for my last pre contest stack

    you are right . its all diet Dependant but not everyone has your experience and got to advanced level and did many cycles...
    for a beginner its different...
    NPP is around and faster acting and relatively less water retention
    when im bulking up after summer im definitely doing NPP not deca
    even running npp for 12-16 weeks should be easier to recover from that Deca because of shorter half life

    Deca is great... One of my favorite compounds; especially for cutting.... If your experiencing a little water then maybe try NPP next time

    One mg is 2.7ius.... Some say 3ius but its only 2.7

    Hcg bloats me worse then any compound I've ever taken
