Mark Rippetoe is the author of Starting Strength. All three additions are very informative. Rippetoe takes a simple, practical, and logical approach to strength training. Many people have used the simple principle of stress/recovery/adaptation on which his method is based to improve performance, appearance, and quality of life. You can down load all three additions from pirate bay.
