It's as simple as lifting as heavy as you can, stress your muscles, try to add an extra rep to your set each week or add an extra kg/lb to the bar, steady progress, if you can add a few lbs to the barbell once per fortnight, work it out at the end of the year you will of boost you strength 10 fold and also if your eating correct, you will gain alot of size.(mass)

If you want to increase your lifts the best thing to do is to learn the proper technique for each lift. Just by learning and using those techniques your lifts will increase. Once you become comfortable with those techniques and begin mastering the mechanics behind the movement your lifts will increase even further. I have seen individuals increase their bench by 115lbs just by learning and applying proper bench press techniques.

I agree completely. Especially with those three lifts. It's is always good to practice good form. But technique will help tremendously with those lifts.

Find an experienced power lifter to train with if you can. If not there is always youtube.

Other then that. (EAT BIG, TRAIN BIG, GET BIG SON!!!) LOL

Work hard. Your worst enemy is yourself and how mentally tough you are. It's all in the mind set.

Also when lifting heavy, good form is essential to preventing injuries. Don't let your ego get in the way. Train smart!

ATG Squat and Deadlift everyday. Use STRICT FORM. Vary your volume but make sure there is always an upward trend. Keep pushing your homestasis of what you candle. For example, 205 is your normal, hard rep range you deviate (20lbs +/-) from this weight for 3-4 weeks until you slowly make 225 the new place to +/-. Be smart, this doesn't mean do 5x5 squats and deadlifts everyday. You are doing a "max" for that day.

I'd say it depends on your current status. For beginners I'd say SS hands down, WBS maybe for intermediate and more advanced Athletes (altough I must add I havent tried it myself, just did some research on it)

To oversimplify things, you need to do 3 things to help you get strong:

    1. Lift
    2. Eat
    3. Sleep

To elaborate, lift and focus on your technique and increasing the weight. Form is always first and foremost. Eat at a caloric surplus so your body is able to build muscle, generally 500 calories above your TDEE is recommended. Lastly, sleep is extremely important for muscle building and recovery, so make sure to try and get at least 7-8h of good sleep a night!

Easy way that I keep getting stronger is do as heavy as you possible can on a 5 rep count after you can push 7-8 reps on it start lifting more heavy and then do 5 reps again. Repeat!
