You need a good split like a 5 day split. Concentrate on 1 or 2 muscle groups a day and obliterate them. 12-15 sets per muscle 6-10 reps each set. Hit it hard and heavy.
More important is to get your diet right. Hit the nutrition section
You must get stronger. For getting stronger, consider doing four basic strength movements back squat, the military press, the deadlift, and the bench press. Use with a low-volume approach with one serious set of 'as many" on the last set. You need to do some serious squatting. The single best way to get more time with a bar in your hands is to use complexes. Complexes involve cycling through a series of exercises without putting the bar down, performing all the reps on one exercise before moving to the next. You will need to eat big in order to get big. You need to give your body time to recover.
