I'm just wondering. I'm not a big guy and so my metabolism isn't as fast as many of yours is with the lack of that extra muscle to help with caloire burning.
I exercise, I eat very well IMO. With a shoulder injury that does not allow me to do much chest work aside from push-ups and really I can't do any actual delt work... what really can I do to keep off pounds as i'm getting older? Sure leg work would be possible, but no money because of a baby coming means I can't go to a gym and use good leg equipment and I can't put weight on my back due to scoliosis as well as arthritis and bulging discs in my lower back... *sigh* I feel quite stuck atm.
Do any of these compounds work or are the sides really not worth it? I do take a fat burner now, but I don't think it's doing a great deal to help me out. It sucks how you get older and things get more difficult huh? lol.
