Thread: Clen, var, etc, are all of these "fat loss" chems overhyped?

    My personal opinion is that they are indeed VERY overhyped. Frankly so are steroids.

    For the typical gym rat the answer is to clean your diet up. It gets said over and over again here for a reason. Proper nutrition is the single biggest factor in being fit. Gaining muscle, burning fat, "building lean mass". Everyone wants the shortcut.

    It's just not there.

    It requires work. Not just the hour a day in the gym. That's easy. Damn near everyone has tried it at some point. Most walk away after a few months or so because they didn't get what they wanted fast enough. It's not the hour a day exercising, it's the other 23 hours a day.

    Those compound do help if you are already in shape. They open the door to the next level. Are they a long term solution to avoid gaining weight as you age? Hell no.

    I have no idea what you're talking about... Diet & training matter with whatever you do. I wouldn't discount these products, they DO work, if you haven't gotten albuterol or T3 to work, your gear is bunk.
