    Workout ideas

    I am going on vacation in a week and I doubt the gym there is going to be what I'm used to. Based on the pics, it doesn't look like they have any free weights. Anyone have any good "hotel" workouts?

    You could take the time to completely change up what you are used too and give a shock to the system for a week or two

    Push ups, pull ups (on whatever you can find), sit ups, burpees, bodyweight squats (or holding weight), etc. Anything you can hold in your hands and press... box jumps, step ups, etc.

    Eat sleep and take a break!!!!! A couple weeks is amazing for you every few months.... Take advantage of the time off and vacation.... This being said I would never miss morning cardio but that's basic like taking a multi....,,

    Oh, if only I didn't have those pictures two weeks after I get home, I would feel much more comfortable relaxing :/

    Everyone always looks best two weeks after a diet..... Every time someone does a show they always claim looking way better two weeks after lol in my case tho I gained 30lbs and my ankles were worse then my prego chicks..... Lol when I vacation I just keep my cardio up and "try" to eat decent... I'm always my best tho after a vacation....
