Currently doing a 1 muscle a week routine...
for each large muscles- legs, shoulders, back- doing 4 exercises per muscle with 4 sets-8-12 reps
for smaller muscles- bi's, tri's- doing 3 exercises per muscle with 4 sets-8-12 reps
abs everyday
Anyone do a routine similar to it? I have been doing this for 3 months so far and really like it....
