    Question about Resting?

How many days should i rest while on AS. I usually take two days off when im not on AS, would one day suffice
I think i need to work out more not less. Correct me if im wrong.

if you think the AS is helping you rebuild faster, make your workouts harder and still give urself 2 days to rest.

Whatever you feel works, I wouldnt lift more than 4 days per week ever but thats just me, even if I were on a whole semi truck full of AS, GH, Slin, etc.

i used to workout 5-6 days a week on my last cycle, and I didnt see the greatest results, not as great as my first cycle where I worked out Mon, Tues, rested on wed, worked out thursday, friday, took off sat and sun. I had big time results with this 4 time a week workout and with a day off in the middle of the week, i was able to rest enough to have big workouts. 5-6 times a week is good for endurance trainers. you want size, you need some rest after intense workouts. Pros usually work out 5-6 times a week, but they've been doing it for so long, they wont get results if they do anything less.

Just listen to your body bro. If you feel you can make it on 1 day of rest than do it, if not than take 2-3 days off per week.
