    Best time for cardio?

Hi just wondering if you can help and what you all think, what's the best time to do your cardio before or after your weights?

After unless you want your weights to suffer.

Before if you care more about your cardio conditioning.

If I do them at the same time I found it is better for me to do cardio after. All my lifts seem harder after cardio but on leg days, forget about it. The cardio makes me feel like Gumby.

Now, I prefer to do any cardio in the early am on empty stomach and then I do my weight training close to 12 hours later. This seems to work good for me, this way I don't have to get up hella early to get some food in me before working out. I leave work and eat out of lunch box and an hour later I am home and ready to lift. Try to make the most of my time and still fit in a good nights sleep.

I've had great success doing fasted cardio in the morning (around 6:30 am). I lift around 10:30 am. Of course I have been cutting so it makes since to do it that way. Not that I have much choice because it gets way to hot here in the summer to do cardio any other time of day (I bike on the road because I like it more than any other type of cardio and I will stick to it). After we move I am hoping to be able to lift first and do cardio second as I focus more on building lbm. Of course I won't be doing fasted cardio anymore either...

I do HIIT in the mornings and cardio after I lift weights later on in the day... Seems to be cutting fat and adding lean muscle! As to what envader asked this would be a Sprinter look...
