Number of exercises in ( Chest + Biceps + Abs ) day

5 exercises for chest , 4 for biceps and 3 for abs( 1 exercise for each part of abs ) ?

Is this normal or too many exercises in one day ?

You can do abs daily. I do 4 for chest and 3 for biceps. Once every 10 days.

But you don't answer my question 5 chest and 4 biceps are normal or too many ?

I think it may be to much, but it depends on amount of sets done. It's not how much you do, it's how intense you are with what you do. More work doesn't necessarily equate to more growth. You grow when you're out of the gym resting and feeding. Visit Marcus's Diary in the lounge for modern, heavy duty training advice that very well may accelerate your progress. Read from start to finish and then jump in and contribute.

^^^ This. Really you need to get to know your body. When I was young and cycling I did four and five exercises many times I believe when I was in my mania and high on the energy and stamina I did even more. But I cut back and I've done just two or three because of my mind and muscle connection. Doing most of my reps slower with more concentration and more concentrated effort for intensity. Working harder and smarter. When I get more methodical and think and feel the muscle the more I get out of less. I would say you are doing too much for your chest. ..crazy mike

It's in the "Lounge" forum here. Go to the main page with all the forums and drag down until you see "Lounge." It's in there.

I see that at the gym all day, people flying through their workouts jerking and jolting. Form is lost, control and isolation of muscle is non existent.
