I have been looking into MI40 with BPAK. Always been a big fan of Ben, just wondering if anyone has tried it or heard anything. Thanks!!!

Taking the lack of response as though no one has done it.

Honestly, this is the first I have even heard of it. I really am finding it hard to find anything on it that doesn't seem more like marketing hype. Similar to P90X in the marketing plan and the package you buy.

If it's something that gets you more excited and motivated to workout, you'll see results. IMO, I think it is that simple. Changing workouts re-energizes me to perform better I think.

same here. There is a lot of marketing stuff. I was hoping to hear an actual experience with it, not just marketing hype. I'm sure it is a good lifting regiment, but I can't find anyone who has actually used it.

Haven't heard of them. Are they a p90X type of thing?

Kind of, it is a DVD set from IFBB pro Ben Pakulski, basically it is a program composed of 40 core exercises focused on the movements and form to best build muscle. I just can't find anyone who has actually done it where it doesn't seem like a marketing add.

Seems pretty good though. BPAK is a bad ass I'm sure it works I would just like to hear reinforcement of the product before trying it.

MI40... The concepts are pretty sound. Kind of a throw-together of stuff that works (increased time under tension, focus on biomechanics etc.) Isn't anything exceptional... but, then again, many of the guys who train on the forums (and the guys I see in the gyms) train wrong/badly. So, it could be a help to many.

I agree I see so many people with improper form. I'm sure it will help but just skeptical if it's worth even buying

Certainly a better investment than 96% of the supplements on the market.

However, people don't have an issue wasting money on those.

Very very true, I do appreciate the input. Worst case scenario I guess I get a re-up on form maybe a lift or two I haven't thought of in a while.

Bens youtube channel is great source for information.

As far as the workout goes haven't tried it but I don't like that Vince Delamonte guy.

Yes his videos are awesome but some things are not for naturals as far as his advice goes.

Like the thing he does no carbs pre workout at all.

He is a really positive guy and he goes in depth in his videos.
