    Diet with Clen,please help :)

i eat 2/3 meals a days,5-6 meals doesn't work with me. all same meal with some variety.

    here's my meal looks like.
    average 2500kcal daily,sometime higher for abit,sometime lower,losing 4lbs per month.

    1. either 100-200g of beef[grill and 90% lean] or 2-3 pieces of chicken breast[steamed]
    2. either 1 cup of rice or 2 medium size potatoe
    3. lot of clean veges
    4. 2-4 whole eggs.
    5. about 2-3 tablespoon of olive oil.

sometime add a tuna as 3rd meal to boost protein intake.

i tried multiples way, this work the best for me.
any suggestion? i'm eating 2500kcal,but still feeling hungry all the time

Man your cals seem high for that food you posted , can you break it down into macros ? And post your TDEE ?

Use brown rice instead of normal , and sweet potato instead of normal , also your eggs , id eat egg whites, and one yolk (omlette) , if your lacking protein , add tuna or a shake .

Your cals are high because your not eating the calorie deficit alternatives

Im cutting too just had :

    Chilli turkey breast steaks
    Fresh egg noodle -stir fry
    French onion soup
    Apple

    Comes to 927 cals

    86g prot / 90 g carb / 20g fat

my TDEE is 2900-3000kcal depend on my workout intensity,4 days super high intensity workout 2 days normal intensity[because of being moody sometime].
actually this few days managed to eat only 2000kcal daily
had cut out all the rice and less potatoes.
    macros is about 75g prot , 31g carb , 50g fat...with additional tuna 30g prot.
    800-1100kcal per meal.

not very sure about fats intake, but it should be around 50-60g,peoples in my country like to add alot of fat in their food
hardly avoid that.but i had been trying not to eat fatty meat and only olive oil as a healthy fat. since i already took so many fats,i guess fish oil supplement wont be necessary right?

    hope im able to loss 5-6lbs per month[was 4lbs],and 6-8lbs on clen,possible?
i gonna start my 1st cycle on 10th monday, taurine arrive on 17-18th,should i wait for taurine along?

Do NOT take clean without Taurine, in fact, ideally you should start Taurine a few days before the Clen. Also, make sure the diet works as intended or you will have not clue whatsoever if the Clen is actually doing anything!

    Thanks

2lb/week should be considered very healthy and successful weight loss, more than that and you will need to think about muscle loss.
