Hello all,

This is my first post, so here goes.

I'm 48 years old, 200lb, 16% BF, I've been lifting for 5 years and had hit a hard wall on gains before starting my first test cycle. Before starting the cycle, blood tests showed I was in the low range for natural test and thyroid.

I'm now on my 7th week of my first cycle of 600mg Test Cyp and 400mg Deca weekly. I have a clean diet and aggressive training program. I've gained a decent amount of muscle and now want to make sure my training to tailored to maximize ongoing gains.

I train 5 or 6 times a week depending on how I feel. My training days consist of legs, chest/triceps, back/biceps, shoulders and then a day where I'll hit muscles that are fully recovered (like calfs, hamstrings, triceps, biceps, etc). I'll do 30min stair master interval cardio most days.

Here's my questions, are there training strategies for maximizing the creation of androgen receptors? I ask this because I don't know if I'm over training right now or if hitting it harder would create more androgen receptors, leading to more gains.

Anyone with insight here? I've read everything I could find on the web and could find anything conclusive.
