I'm with you on the skepticism. This was probably 7-8yrs ago, a good friend of mine was part of a study group using a dexa scan. There were 50+ people in the group, most were normal sized people, a handful very lean and a handful very overweight. My friend was 3wks out from a show, very lean and the results had him close to 30% bf. Now I wasn't there when he did this but he also told me one of the very overweight women, her results came back in the low teens. From his experience, it seemed the people on the extreme ends of the spectrum, very lean or very fat had very inaccurate results. Anyway, not sure what to think, if that was just a bad testing system or something else, I don't know.
