It's fun to know your body fat sometimes but in the end it doesn't really matter. And I can guarantee you without a doubt, in fact I'd bet a years pay on it, 99.999% of the guys on here don't actually know what their BF is. It's funny how people arbitrarily throw numbers out. No one wants to admit being over 15%, and most have no concept of below 6. And those pics that show a guys abs that are supposed to be a BF gauge, that thing is retarded...you can't tell what someone's BF just by looking at their abs, not even close. Any way, that's my opinion on the topic.
