you don't have enough to do anything with that. In my opinion. Grab a few more.
I also favor high tren with a 150-300mg base of test, so I, personally would not use this blend. You're getting 250mg tren to 1g of test. I guess if you're dead set on running this run 1mL a day for 10-14 weeks

Please don't give blind advice you know nothing about him. He clearly has no idea what he is doing which makes it pretty obvious he hasn't cycled before but you are advising him to use tren on his first cycle? And 1 ml per day, you do know how much you are suggesting he take on a weekly basis?

I'm 22 . 6'1. 205. 17-23% bf . I used to train a lot in high school I wrestked, played football, played baseball and lifted weights. Over the past few years I became an addict and lost it all. Iv always been in alright shape but right now I'm looking to get back on top. When I bought this I was 160lbs with 4%bf. I got arrested and spent the last 6 months in jail/prison and gained 45 pounds and about 13% more fat . Iv never cycled

Also note that cycling above 15% isn't recommended. Also, all that weight you gained inside is pretty much all fat. I realise you don't have control of what you eat but you really need to start taking control now you have the freedom to do so. Eat properly, train hard and you should get some great results. You should start seeing quick gains.

Honestly it's probably more like 14-17. I kinda over estimated. And its not totally all fat, I did stay working out (push ups, dips, water bag curls, skull crushers, Tyson pushups, etc) . Ya your right. It was the worst. 2 meals a day for 4 of the months. All soy fat, peanut fat, starch and nonconplex carbs

When? in the past? I usually lifted in doors and did some of my cardio out doors with an occasional farm day outside. I enjoyed jogging trails a lot too, in the mountains

How much should I do and how often? I was told by my source to do 1ml twice a week or 2 ml's once a week .

I would use a waterbag as often as possible but mostly used body weight because it was usually the only thing available. I have been working out regularly for about 2-3 months now . I just got out 2 days ago.
