Only 5 compounds? You probably need to add some deca and at least double all your doses.
I mean, 23 years old, 5'11 and around 150lbs the problem can't possibly be your diet!
Give your head a shake kid, stop this craziness and get your diet fixed. You have no business cycling anything other than carbs maybe.

Just ruined my cycle. Thought I'd be huge by June.
Might as well throw in dbol and decca too.
Are you guys all talking for real? Or sarcastic? I can't tellI thought My gear is good to bulk up.

Ur body is sick from all the gear. Thats why you are losing weight. Less is more. You are not a ifbb pro don't expect to run a pro cycle and look like one overnight.
I'm actually going to get a full body tattoo of a muscular physique and let myself go for the next few years. No one will notice right?

Oh wait :|
I'm taking .5 aramidex ED.
Is that why I'm losing weight?! I use since 24 days..
I hope that's one meal and not the whole day!!! What's your TDEE? How many calories above that do you eat daily? Food makes you grow, not gear. That's the first thing you should have learned. If you don't eat more than your TDEE daily you will NOT grow. Gear does not replace food. Ever.Originally Posted by prototypex
You are wasting your cycle by not eating enough. Plain and simple. Educate before you medicate. You haven't done that.
Bro that's 2 of my 6 meals a day. Minus all that dairy lolOriginally Posted by prototypex

Come on guys! Seriously it's impossible to eat more.. My stomach explodes!!
Even though I'm eating all this, I look like a pregnant man and I can't breath.
I'm 155lbs 5'11
Not like you guys!! Slowly I will get there..
I said I have increased my food intake way more than before.. And this is STEPPING from 1,2,.. to 10.
Just an excuse. What is your TDEE? Have you calculated that? Your TDEE is the minimum calories needed to remain at your current size. If you want to grow you MUST eat above that. There is no way around it. Steroids will never make up for a lack of food. Not eating enough to fuel growth is like trying to drive your car without gas - you aren't going anywhere.
Learn to eat if you want to grow.
My TDEE is 2515 calories..
Each chicken = 600 cal. Both = 1200 cal.
Philly cheese steak = 750 cal.
Milk 1 liter = 500 cal.
4 cups rice = 600 cal.
Turkey sandwich = 400 cal.
Hummus = 400
Thats near 3850 cal. !!!!!!
He's dipping everything in blue cheese dressing... lol
I remember being 23 and thinking I was eating a LOT and not gaining weight. Wow what a difference a FEW years and realizing that it's not just how much you eat but what you eat and when you eat it.
I so want to join in the fun everyone is having and I'm usually one of the 1st to start it but at last I will hold off, for now.
Seriously, drop the gear. It will last for years if stored right. Visit the diet and nutrition section and learn what and when to eat. You will benefit from this 10x more than any gear you will take.
^^^ This....and I find it difficult to believe all that food is 3850. Too much bread. Too much dairy. Not enough healthy fats and probably inadequate protein.Originally Posted by lovbyts
As Lovbyts said, there's more to eating. What and how often are major factors. When I'm bulking my intake is usually around 4000-4500 calories. If you want success, go to the nutrition section and work on that diet....or continue what you're doing and be disappointed and frustrated with a lack of results.
How often do you train each week and for how long each session?
I train 5 days a week
Each day 1 single group of muscles
Chest
Shoulders
Off
Legs
Back
Biceps
Off
This was suggested to me by a bb here for sizing up.
I do 8 to 9 exercises each, 4 sets, 10 reps.
Each session is about 45 minutes.
No cardio
32-36 sets per bodypart, is that right?

I am not shredded.. I have some stubborn fat around my abdomen.. Overall I was thin, got fit few months ago by dieting. again since that time.. I increased my food intake a lot since then.
This has troll written all over it but I fear he is for real.
OP you train too much and don't eat enough. You also take waaaaay too many drugs.
Advice as follows
1. STOP YOUR CYCLE
2. Learn how to diet and count macro's and know your maintenance calories and add foods rom there.
3. Spend ALOT of time in our lifting forum and get a real training programme devised and train with it for several months naturally with your new diet.
Good luck.

Beside that, 45 minutes is an estimation! It takes no less but more to 1 hour and 10 minutes..
You guys are so picky -_-
