    Question looking for some advice

I will start of by listing my stats and goals:

    27 years old
    5'8"
155 lbs at around 12-14% nd

Currently eating 2600 - 2800 calories per day ed
Goal is to gain lean mass

    No gear also

I have been doing sl5x5 for the past 2 months but I must admit my nutrition has only recently began to come together. Current working sets for the program or as follows:
Squat 210, bench 150, bent over row 125, oh press 85, dead lift 240

I have gained 15 pounds since starting 2 months ago but I am disappointed in the way my muscles look, proportionately.

My question is: is there a more efficient lifting program that would help me develop a more even muscle composition? Or perhaps this is genetics and I should learn to live with it?

    Muscle shape is genetic.

Muscle proportion is more of maintaining proper form and working out all muscles evenly to build overall body symmetry.

If your form is correct and you are lacking in certain muscles, work them out more to bring them back to speed with the rest of your body.

If you only workout chest and no back, you will have a big chest and small back, same goes with every other muscle group.

I would also like to add that working muscles out evenly is essential to having good body posture as well, and with good posture comes less body aches.

With your stats you will see more uneven proportions. If you keep working everything out evenly then eventually the difference will be fairly negligible once you get big enough. If you are a perfectionist like myself then I would suggest taking hello's advice and start targeting those muscles that need more attention more.

What I like to do is use the mirror often and take pictures to see how much particular body parts are changing.
