Hey Everybody!
I am a 30 year old ex fitness model from Auckland, New Zealand. I have been training for over 7 years, Got married a couple of years back and added an additional 20% body fat as result of Bs diet and drinking....
There did come a point about an year ago where I started looking like an average human being as compared to the Muscular dude I always was (If you know what I mean lol). Have Been trying to comeback & reach my old fitness levels for over an year now, made quite decent progress however, still struggling to keep the Muscle-fat ratio under control as well as the slow recovery and lower metabolic rate.
I am here to learn and gather information about diet, training and AAS & I am sure it would be a knowledgeable journey and may be I could also share things that have worked for me over the years
