    question about 2nd cycle !!

    hey guys i have just finished my 1st cycle

    1-10 - test e 250mg
    1-6 - dbol 40mg ed
    11-12 - nothing
    13-16 - pct

    stats
    Age -24
    Height -5'9
    Weight - 170lbs
    Bf % - 11 to 13

    i know i should have waited till 25 but as i have already done 1 cycle so can i do another 1 before 25 or should i just wait ! and i was thinking about doing a cycle after about 6 months time and by then i should be somewhere around 180lbs cause i got my diet sorted out and im confident of that .....so i wanted suggestion regarding my 2nd cycle whether i should do only a test only cycle or can i add a few other thing in it ... i was thinking of

    1-12 test e 500mg (mon , thur)
    1- 10 deca 300mg (mon , thur)
    1-6 tbol 50mg
    1-12 a-dex .25ed
    13-14 nothing
    15 on wards pct (nolva and clomid )

    Ur pretty light for 5'9 bro you should train natty for a little longer after ur PCT.

    Cycle+PCT = time off

    Just do another test cycle if you made good gains from it.

    Idk what other members will have to say about age, 25 isn't a set in stone number, but it is a good guideline.

    thnk you !! and as u said in 6 months time i should be around 180lbs so then i should be fine right !! and okay il do a test only cycle 500mg (mon and thur)

    I'd imagine you'll spend most of that time having to focus on maintaining gains, then getting down to low enough bodyfat to cycle again. Hopefully some vets can weigh in with their opinions.

    You shouldn't of cycled at your weight, you need to learn how to build a base but I am guessing you was probably around the 150lbs mark before your cycle!! you need to learn how to eat and train correctly because even though you may think you are doing everything correctly your not otherwise you would be a lot heavier. Your going to slowly lose your gains and your shut down will be for no reason. Don't cycle again until you put on another 20lbs at least naturally.

    Don't look at steroids for the answer look into your diet and training because that's the secret to long lasting gains

    okay thnk you marcus !!! ill surely improve my diet and train natty for awhile like after putting on 20lbs il think about steroids !! thnk you !!

    You need to get to a point where your diet and training are all on point from a while and gains have stopped.
    Steroids are for getting you beyond your natural limits not to them.

    Post your full diet in the nutrition section and let the pro's look at it and make adjustments. Put your training routine in training section see if we can get more out of it.
    I know you said your diet is good but post it there with your overall goals.
