You need to get to a point where your diet and training are all on point from a while and gains have stopped.
Steroids are for getting you beyond your natural limits not to them.
Post your full diet in the nutrition section and let the pro's look at it and make adjustments. Put your training routine in training section see if we can get more out of it.
