Additional info , I am 55 yrs old and on TRT. Have a shoulder injury and a hip implant. I train daily with med weight and do 4 sets of 30 to 40 reps. 4 to 5 exercises on each body part ? offer positive or negative productive info, please ?
Desire to get back to heavy weight lifting again due to the past few session I have gone heavier and the added heat to shoulder when I got home and been able to live with the pain ? this routine is allowing me to keep training and shoulder heal slowly !
When doing 4 sets high reps. feel build up in body pert I am training and reach failuir sooner than desired ?
Hope for some good advise and suggestion on geting back on to heavy liftin ? Take TB-500 and can tell a hugh difference in recovery time from injury of 4 mths ago ? But miss heavy lifting ?
