Try not to pay too much attention to the scale. Really , who cares how much you weigh as long as you look good ? Seriously though, as you build muscle and lose fat there is probably not going to be a whole lot of difference in weight , in fact I've seen people get heavier as a result of good diet and exercise , and they freak out over that even though they are out buying a new wardrobe because their pants are to big for them now. A mirror will show your progression much better than a scale will, and like everyone else said , it takes time , it took me a solid 8 weeks of hard work and perfect eating to see any changes.
