Talk about overtraining IMO...
Too much endurance, I could not finish something like that if I would be following the intensity he talks about.

Yeah this seems more endurance based, but I know a lot of pros including arnold Like to hit legs with high reps to build them up, like past 20 on stuff like leg extension, leg press. Squats usually 10-15 or even 15-20.
Agreed HB, I do 10-15 and superset it to over 20 or 30, but 100 reps?? geezz
