    Cycle Advice - Dbol, Test C, Primo

    Whats up guys, looking for some advice. I have Dbol, Primo and Test Cyp. I am planning a 16 week cycle that looks like this:

    weeks 1-5 30mg/day Dbol
    weeks 1-16 400mg Test Cyp
    weeks 1-16 600mg Primo
    Anastrozole .25 EOD
    HCG twice a week 60 units

    Im 5/9 - 180
    16% BF

    Wanna gain some size and get hard. I know some are gonna say I wanna bulk up and get lean at the same time and i cant do that. Im looking for opinions. Id like to be 185-190 solid by summer.

    For PCT i have Clomiphene. When speaking to a TRT Doc, he says stay on the HCG twice a week and Anaztrozole .25 EOD for PCT with the Clomiphene for 6 weeks

    I get bloodwork done every 6-8 weeks and will get it done before i start up in February.

    My diet is roughly 3000 calories a day, 200-225g protein daily. I buy all my meals already prepared from a local deli that preps meals for bodybuilders in my area. I eat 5 meals a day plus my shake and 2 snacks.

    Any advice would be appreciated. Im a little skeptical of throwing in the Dbol. But i wanna kickstart it cause i know the PRIMO will take a while.

    Hcg 250 * 2 / week. Start from week one.
    Hcg and AI shouldn't be used on pct.. Use only clomid and nolvadex.

    I agree with Rida5s,
    to add to this (I'm no pro) but I think you might want to up your protein intake maybe closer to 275(ish). Don't take my word for it, do some research but for some reason I thought we are looking for 1.5x weight = protein intake when looking to gain mass.

    A small correction , u need 1.5 gm for LBM , not ur total weight

    Hmmmmm....... I have tried that approach before and find I get better results cutting or bulking. Some claim different but I think most of their claims are made on cycle or during pct. I think a solid 185 is a more realistic goal then a solid 190. Dont be afraid to eat or you wont grow ......yes, your bf could be a tad lower but dont let that be a deciding point in maximizing your cycle. I wish you luck with the primo.........
