Hi ,
I'm new to the form and I find it interesting, I have been lifting for almost 2 years and I want to drop my body fat and build a figure body

28 years old
162 cm hight
54 kg
Body fat around 25 %
With regard to my nutrition and workout
I eat 5 meals a day and I train 6 day a week
And I have not used any steroids before
I really love bodybuilding and I want to build figure body but unfortunately it's very hard naturally without enhancements therefore I want to use the kind that will give me the wanted results and with least side effects as possible and it would be great if I can also avoid injections
Any suggestions ?
