    Same as a guy. If your not dedicated to your diet enough to get below 15%, is gear really necessary or warranted ? Women have more chances of negative sides, crappy stuff like deepening of voice, acne or facial hair growth. imagine a girl getting those then decides she really isnt into training, or decides to get married then that life takes over and theres no time for training. Only the most serious of women should use gear.
