    Smile workout plan

    just started a cycle a couple weeks ago and my strength/endurance is through the roof. I'm looking for a link to a 10 or 12 week workout plan as I'm getting bored with my routine. please help! thank you

    This ones pretty good if it's your kinda thing.

    Lots of variation and useful techniques, you could cut some of the weeks out and get to the third mesocycle sooner as it's the most intense and i'm sure you could make some great gains on cycle with it.

    Just search the interwebs and find something you like. Push/pull/legs is always fun since it's your own choice of exercises, volume and intensity. Plus it's tried and true.

    You need to experiment. Sooner or later you will find out what number of days yields the most productivity and I encourage you to give a routine 8-12 weeks then switch it up.
