just curious to hear peoples feedback or reviews about any mass building programs they have tried while on cycle?
im sick of the way I train and am about to go on cycle so im looking for something different to yield good results, ive been reading a bit on FST-7 has anyone tried it while bulking? or GVT?
my current training methods 4 - 5 exercises rep range 8 - 12 pyramid up in weight each set 3-4 sets per exercise.
