Followed the link, the only thing I like about it is the alternating workout/ next day off.
It's too basic/ limited. You could easily incorporate what they suggest into any workout routine you have now.
The inventor is Brandon Lilly one of the most successful powerlifters of the modern day. Tried and true method that many many people have had great success on. I'd love to run something similar myself but I can't force myself to take every other day off.
