Garbage. If you are looking for an oral GH product that might actually do something look into mk677. I am logging it here.

Up until mk677 I had written off oral gh products as useless primarily because they are but this actually has some solid science and promise. I am getting blood work Monday to see just what it really does to gh and igf levels. Ill be posting the results probably Wednesday next week. I can tell you already it def does something as far as gh & IGF levels. Just how much that is and if it is really worth it , well I will have some solid data on that next week. Just check my log then.
