    Arms too big

    I want to improve the quality of muscles in the arms without increasing volume and mass. My arms are too big compared to the rest of the body. I have little vascularization in the arms. Arms swollen. Accumulate more fat in the arms than in the abdomen. It is better not to train the arms or train them with strength training or stripping or superset?

    You can't 'improve the quality of the muscle', you can only really grow or allow a muscle to shrink. For vascularity etc you just need to get leaner (lose weight).

    You need to post a pic of your upper body to get an idea of what this condition looks like. The body naturally looses fat from the periphery first with the abdomen area being the hardest and last to lose. Never seen or heard of anyone with fat arms and good abs.

    Well gaining more mass in the arms then in the abdomen would be nice. It just doesn't make sense to me. It's impossible to gain more fat in the arms then the stomach imo...

    Everyone has different lipodistribution. Some people don't even gain fat symmetrically. It's all genetics

    At a lower body fat you can tell your true proteins. Have you talked to a doc about lipodistrophy?
