    Come down after training

    Hey guys

Im noticing when im training really hard im loving it, feel great! strong and enjoying the pumps etc

But shortly after i stop training i feel on a come down (almost like a slight depression feeling)

My guess is when you turn your music off and the adrenaline is falling and maybe some fatigue?

    Does anyone else get this?

Are you taking any pre workout supplements? I typically feel great right after training.

This, only when I come down off strong stimulants I get this feeling but usually after a good feed I'm good to go.

Strange you say that as this week ive been using a pre work out supplement for an extra boost, its working great but after the training i feel a crash, do you think its the supplement? Im using optimum nutrition platinum pre

Before the prework out supplement use id feel slightly fatigued after a heavy workout but not like this, its almost like the feeling of coming down off recreaional drugs (which i no longer use but its the perfect description)

It means withdrawal is setting in....You're addicted...More meth will suffice to temporarily help you feel better

Ive never used them or need them but i got offered some for free when i bought my protein etc from my local fitness store, thought id try it.

My focus increased and i did my full workout at a higher intensity and took less time, also sweated way more.

My training is usualy 80 minutes, its took it down to 60 minutes without losing any exercises or reps.

I dont think they are worth the money some companies are asking, but i have noticed a difference by using one, i usualy use coffee to perk me up but this has been better in my opinion

I feel like pre workout supplements are good for the times your dragging a** and can't seem to get motivated. Other then that no. Coffee as the taxman said works just as well.

Preworkouts are just caffeinne, processed sugar and some bcaas. Better to eat some coffee and a couple of bananas and drink bcaas during training.

YES,,,it can definitely be a crash. I don't tolerate stimulants well and typically 'crash' hard from there use.
Quite using it and see if it helps. I just drink a STRONG coffee on my way to the gym. It gives me a mild boost
doesn't over stimulate me and I don't crash from it.
