Ones a week for each body part. Hit is hard and kill the muscle to the point of no return!
Depends on your philosophy and goals (this applies to everyone regardless).
Additionally once you begin to reach low bf percentages diet becomes increasingly more important.
In the end you need to experiment and see how your body responds and what works best for you.
There are many paths that lead to the same destination.
