Get a magnesium supplement, preferably magnesium lactate. That will typically help alleviate cramping.Originally Posted by Teekayarr

Potassium also. Be careful u can take too much. Not sure on dosing. It was a long time ago for me.
What's your water intake look like?
Your profile says 18.
Hope that wasnt dbol only cycle...
3 gallons of water is crazy and will deplete you of essential minerals for your body to work properly.
Reduce to 1 gallon, max 2 but only if you live in very hot climate.
Eat something very salty, if you feel better you got sodium depleted.
Yeah, messed up my age :P I'm glad my 18 year old self didn't get into gear that early! The reason i drank so much water was to actually reduce the water retention from the Dbol, and no i didn't run it alone. Im currently on this cycle:
Week 1-4 40mg dbol/ed
Week 1-10 650mg Test E/wk
And I actually tried something similar to that due to my basic knowledge of how sodium and water work together/against each other (or however you wanna look at it). Didn't change anything at all.
Good point Mr BB,Originally Posted by Mr.BB
Bottled or purified water is typically devoid of electrolytes and minerals. Drinking a lot of it will cause your kidneys to leach out salts.
