    what do u prefer

    what do you guys prefer
    chest with triceps and back with biceps
    or chest with biceps and back with triceps
    or a separate arm day?

    I prefer a separate chest day, back day, and arms day. At least 20 sets for chest and back

    Right now it's just 3 days EW for me:
    -chest/shoulders (cleans, clean n press, bench, abs)
    -back (rows, chins)
    -legs (squats, deads, abs)

    When my first cycle begins, or shortly before, I'll switch to 4 days EW:
    -chest/shoulders (cleans, bench, abs)
    -back (rows, chins)
    -legs (squats, deads, abs)
    -arms/calves (curls, extensions, dips)

    I prefer bis/back since they are so naturally the secondary workhorses. I don't really hit the arms directly right now, though. Like I said, I will be adding separate arm day, so the bi/tri get some work on major muscle group days and then they get isolated on the arm day.

    Day 1. chest shoulders,triceps
    2. off
    3.back, traps, rear delt, biceps
    4.off
    5.legs, calves
    6.off
    repeat
    Iused to do a seperate arm day and would get some huge pumps. I may be switching to arms on day 5.
