It doesn't get much better than test, nandrolone and a little tren for lean bulking.
I know it's cliche to say but your biggest improvements will likely be made in the diet aspect.
Everyone has room to improve their diet.
that's soo true. with my current diet that's reduced by 600 cal i still dont get hungry in fact i get full. i find it physically hard to eat as much as i need to. eating enough natural protein is a b1tch too. i'm looking leaner, but i want to get more lean! i've been really good about avoiding junk all together. eating this plain diet is no problem whatsoever. i just dont get hungry like almost ever.
I feel ya. When I first switched to clean I would get full off 2600 cals. Now I'm over 4000 clean and can easily fit in another meal and shake if I wanted. Gradually increasing your calories or slowly decreasing time between meals is the best way. For example eat every 3 hours, next week 2.5 hours... That extra half hour multiplied by 6 meals gives you enough time for another meal.
When I'm lean bulking I eat about 70g fat / 350g carbs / 450g protein. My main protein source are fish and chicken. I also do cardio to keep my metabolism going. I can generally get down to about 7% to 8% without using extreme methods like diuretics.

I have not tried tren and many other AAS until now, but to obtain lean gains under resctrict diet you may also consider a very simple effective combo: test and oral winstrol.
If your diet is clean with this simple combo you can get excellent quality gains, keeping very lean body look.

yes... but I don't think that 40 mg of oral winstrol for 5/6 weeks with an hepatoprotector (Legalon or liv 52) can kill the liver ... it takes more than that to this.

Decca (nandrolone) is one of the AAS that I have never known to be used in cutting. Alot of people say that it causes al great deal of water retention however that is not the case for me.
Any AAS can be used successful for cutting but not necessarily for bulking.
i.e. Steroids that are derivatives of DHT are muscle conditioners. They protect against catabolism while giving muscle fibers a grainy mature appearance. Using one of these on a bulk is a waste of time, money and hormonal health as they will do little to grow new tissue.
Also, nandrolone is a great cutting steroid as it gives the appearance of fullness when carbohydrate consumption is low.
I don't agree ... Here there was no talk of using derivatives dht directly for bulking, but associated with other AAS for bulking (ex with testosterone) .. for example, oral winstrol, as you know due to its activity on SHBG , acts as an great amplifier of the effects of testosterone, increasing its effectiveness.
I tried on myself Test/dbol cycle and Test/winstrol, the latter gave me 6/8 lb more than test/dbol, better and harder body look, post cycle gains maintained longer.
It is not true that using DHT derivatives in a Bulking cycle is a waste of time, for me it is very useful, especially for who looks at a quality look.
I do not think that nandrolone is ideal for cutting, given its strong progestogen activity, nandrolone to work needs a lot of calories, that will lead to poor definition.
Why the heck would someone only use winny or mast for bulking? Of course that was never suggested.
You really think that when your test is 5000+ that lower shbg makes any difference, that's just silly.
A valid argument would be that winny increases strength dramatically, secondarily leading to tissue growth.
Great to hear your experience with winny was better than that of dbol. I'm sure diet played a huge role.
Nandrolone has very mild side effects, even progesterone related sides. This is one reason why it should be used before tren.
Lol nandrolone doesn't need a lot of calories to do its job. You literally have no idea what you're talking about.
For me the best stack for lean gains is grilled chicken breast, brown rice and a bunch of salad, you can stack it with grilled fish, potatoes and veggies. Reduce the carbs portions on non training days for best results.

You said test/winny gave you lean gains.
There's no way you put on more lean mass with winny than water weight with dbol.
It's cool if you want to voice your opinion, this is a public forum.
If you make stuff up it's going to make you look foolish.
I mean that part or all of your experience is fabricated.
If you're diet was the same there is no way winny made you gain more mass on cycle than dbol.
Winny is not a mass gainer, it never has been and it never will.
Dbol fills you with water, quickly giving the user a large mass increase.
