Should I be extending my training sessions whilst on?
I've always trained for 1-1.25 hours a day.
Always taking every set to failure with good form. I don't do a rest day as such but maybe once a week I'll just swim 2-3 klms.
Question is should I be upping the ante whilst on cycle?
My current training split has worked well for me previously. It follows the HST profile.
Alternative days upper then lower body.
I've responded by far better to this than any other training program that I've tried.
Should I increase duration of training sessions or not?
