I've recently been off cycle for 4 months, coming from doing Sus/Tren Ace. PCT went very well, I used a mixture of Caber/nolva/clomid and the occasional Letro to keep lumps away(really did an effective job) and I feel fantastic as opposed to the first few cycles of Tren I've done.
This past cycle I used 750mg/wk of Sus and 300mg/wk of tren A. 12 week term and results were great but obviously water retention played a factor in my movements. I gained around 20lbs within that time period of pretty clean gains and I definitely noticed the fat burn as well. Strength was through the roof and my body handles Tren great.
Very clean diet throughout, all necessary Macro's/Micro's. Only use a protein supplement after workouts, otherwise its all natural forms of protein. And then I supplement with some aminos/creatine.

So starts my next; My E2's are back where they should be and other figures came out normal.
On this past Monday I started a new cycle but am going to change the dosages around to go lower on Test and higher on Tren.
Ive started a 250mg/wk Sustanon (E7D) and am going to push Tren Ace to 400mg/wk. I'll be spotting with Caber to make sure my dick stays attached
Starting weight; 209 at about 12% BF(damn football season always makes me eat). I'll update this as I go to compare my feelings about the dosages and what I notice as differences.

Update; Week 1.
Completed week 1 of Low Test/High Tren cycle. ended up going with 250sustanon 1/wk and 400tren (100x4/wk)
Weight: 212 , Sounds crazy but 30mins of cardio a day after workout+strict lean meat/good carb diet+tren, 8hrs of sleep per night, and Im already seeing minor fat-loss. I will do another BMI soon.
BP is still normal for now, no nighttime side effects yet, notice body-temp fluctuate a bit here and there.

Update; Week 2.
Completed Week 2 of 250/test - 400/tren a
Weight has exploded: 218 , Diet has been the same. Getting at least 250g of protein per day and have carb loaded each night. Fat-loss continues slowly. Noticing some mild body-temp swings, and the night sweats haven't really been bad at all.
Strength has finally showed its face, I'm about +10%/lbs on all lifts already. I don't feel as bloated as i normally did on higher test.

Update, Week 3
Completed week 3 of 250/test - 400/Tren A
Weight has settled back down to 215, pretty tremendous fat loss already. Almost ridiculous to be honest. Diet is still extremely clean and I'm eating about 6-8 times a day. Still maintaining 250G+ of protein, most by way of fish and chicken. I don't mind repetition so most of my meals are the same; Consisting of Sweet potatoes, fish, almonds, tons of greens, chicken breast, steamed beans. I also supplement with amino's and a bunch of micro's
Sides are coming along now, but still bearable. I sweat my dick off at night but adjust that with a few fans blowing on me and I've been fine. I wake up feeling rested still though. My range of motion is much better with less test, this is one of the biggest things I've noticed so far. I do experience a great wellness feeling all day, almost euphoric. Despite what they say about rage and emotions I've actually felt much more content and able to deal with stresses.
Strength is out of control and I'm excited to see where this takes me, I'm already creeping up on my lift PR's and I'm only starting week 4. Very impressed with that and I'm sure to smash all of my current records this cycle. My body has a clean dry look to it now and belly fat is falling off. I'll update with pics when I get a chance.
Note: I do cardio at least 15-20mins a day, and it really must be true about Tren affecting cardio capacity because I'm a hot mess when I'm chugging along, but I've still gotten the job done. I don't see any 5k's in my near future lol.

Update; Week 4 completed (250 test/ 400tren/ ** added 50mg e/d of anavar)
Weight is 218 @ 10% BF now. starting to see ab definition and strength just won't stop climbing. its almost unfathomable. I know everyone was weary about going higher than 300mg tren because its so anabolic/androgenic but the sides are completely on par with what I had at 300. Night sweats are manageable, mind set is very clear and happy. Euphoric and wellness feeling everyday.
First quarter bloods came back and I have managed my prolactin pretty well, going to up the caber to 1.5mg w/k from 1mg. Estro's are also on par. Just a reminder; i have been using letro at 1.5mg/wk, spotting with nolva/clomid, and again caber.

Update; Week 5 Completed (250 test/ 400Tren A/ 50mg Anavar/day)
Weight 220 @ 10% BF. This is normally my peak area on 300MG tren.. but I don't see any plateau in sight. My strength is coming a bit slower now, but still going up. Before cycle 5 weeks ago I was flat benching 225 for about 12-15. As I stand now I can bench 225 for about 30-40 reps. my 1-rep max prior to cycle was around 255lbs. Current 1-rep max is a solid 405. I couldn't rep 315 before and now can knock out about 10-12 of them.
Still feel fantastic but the sweats are a definite factor. Night sweats aren't any worse on 400mg then they were at 300mg, but I'm extremely sexually active and single and realized i sweat my fucking face off during a smash session, so that gets a little annoying. Prolactin hasn't even played a factor in my ability to achieve orgasm which bodes well for my control of it. Maintaining an erection hasn't been a problem as well.
I'll have to post up some pics at some point, but I'm continuously leaning out and having that dry vascular look.

Weight tapers down now to 212 @ 9% BF. Strength still trending upward. Cardio capacity has taken a major hit, very easy to over-heat and pour sweat all over all the machines. Maintaining an extreme dry cut look. Shoulders look like cantaloupes, probably my most surprising gain. I'm 6'3" so I don't look like a little muscle hamster. Cramps haven't been a factor at all. I recently had a girl I met on vaca fly to Virginia to meet me for a weekend and libido is outrageous, no prolactin effects on my ability to get or maintain an erection and no problems having an orgasm. This is a testament to the caber for sure. Blood pressure is mostly level with some spikes during the day.
This is slowly becoming one of my best cycles I've chosen to implement. Diet is still very consistent. Vascularity is definite. I have noticed mood fluctuation for sure, its true that this stuff can/ will mess with you at times. But it has been very manageable, Just make sure you're in a good place in your life. If you are disgruntled and angry I would shy away from this as it will enhance that. I had a bad day at work last week which normally would be a minor thing but i honestly felt like i could hulk-smash my way through some walls and throw a tantrum.

Weight @ 216, 9-10% BF.
Honest to god my strength still hasn't hit plateau. Great feeling everyday, tight dry look. Abs coming in nicely. I have to say though, I have absolutely noticed what a high amount of Tren can/will do to your moods. Its 100% true. I maintain composure most of the time but things that use to piss me off before are now def-con 5 and I could seriously make a mistake. Someone nearly hit my car the other day and I had to be restrained from getting out. Be careful. I can't do a terrible amount without breaking into a hot-flash and sweating as well.
Just takes a little more concentration and will-power. Other then that I look and feel amazing.

Weight is steady at 215lbs, still losing fat
Strength phenomenal, body is getting chiseled. I sweat my dick off in any amount of cardio. My sleep cycle is a bit off and I need to use some Z-quil to get quality sleep. No sexual side effects this far into the cycle still. Now that i've noticed the mood fluctuation its easier to control it.

Diet has been very consistent still, kept my cholesterol in check with Fish-oil twice a day. Carbs have come from sweet potatoes and grain. I eat a lot of fish, 3-4 times a week. otherwise its chicken. I use whey in the morning and after workouts. Supplement with amino's and micro's twice a day.
all the normal sides have been manageable to this point and strength surely has not stopped gaining although a bit slower now. can't believe it really, 9 weeks down and I'm adding weight to all my lifts still. Gains are extreme quality, skin tearing pumps. Very vascular, no bloat. I feel fantastic
