Soooo......what was the net gain in poundages?

So far net mass has been +10lbs in weight but went from nearly 13%BF down to 9%. Gains have been extremely clean and dry looking. Vascular and cut. My strength is higher now than when I gained 20lbs using a different mix last cycle.
